01 - Consultation
Our initial consultation is an opportunity for us to learn about each other. We’ll take the time to understand your vision for your dream home, your family’s needs, your site conditions, and your budget. With this insight, we can offer guidance on key design principles and highlight any potential challenges that may arise during the design and construction process.
02 - Concept
In the concept phase, you’ll work closely with our design team to shape the finer details of your new home. This stage focuses on refining layouts, adjusting room sizes, and capturing the overall ambiance—while ensuring everything aligns with your original vision and budget.
03 - Documentation
After finalising the design, we transition into the ‘working drawings’ stage. During this phase, you’ll meet with our interior design consultant to make your selections, while we prepare the necessary documents for submission. You’ll then receive a detailed proposal outlining the full project cost and a complete list of inclusions—ensuring transparency and avoiding unexpected costs later.
